A large windmill with a blue sky and clouds
There is something about windmills that attract photographers. Maybe it’s the Americana of it all, reminding us of bygone days. Or it could be that windmills are just plain cool and always look striking against an expressive sky. Whatever it is, I like them.
Old and new windmills can be seen all over the state of Texas. I am always on the lookout for an old dinosaur of a windmill every time we take a road trip. The older and rustier, the better!
I want to share some of my windmill pictures this week. Hope you enjoy it!
